Classification
Assign every file to the right category automatically
Klaaro recognizes what a document is within seconds, so nobody has to open it first. It assigns every file to the fitting class, like invoice, quotation, or contract, so the matching data schema can be applied in the next step. If nothing fits, Klaaro creates a new class.

Match
Klaaro compares the parsed document with the classes on the dataset. Documents that contain more than one class get assigned to multiple classes.
Create when nothing fits
If a document arrives and no class in the dataset fits, Klaaro automatically proposes a new class for it.
Adjust the classes
Rename classes, edit fields, or describe the change and let the integrated AI agent handle it. Then re-run the extraction pipeline from classification.
Next: Schema generation
How the classes work
Library, custom, or generated
Start from pre-defined classes available in Klaaro's library, name and define your own, or go with the classes Klaaro generates based on your uploaded documents.
One file, several classes
Sometimes, a single document may adhere to several classes at once. Klaaro understands which page belongs to which class and splits the document into several accordingly on its own.
Edit the fields
Open the class and change its schema yourself, or use the integrated AI agent to apply a change to the draft.
The schema is reused
Once a class has a schema, every later document of that class extracts into the same fields.
