The trigger: A document finishes processing
The trigger fires automatically whenever Klaaro finishes extracting a document (event document.extraction_completed) for your dataset. The event delivers the documentId.
What Klaaro provides out-of-the-box
You don’t necessarily need an n8n workflow to get documents into Klaaro and data back out. Alternatively, you can use our SDKs, the MCP server and our API to connect your ERP, CRM or spreadsheets. Sync without additional infrastructure and get real-time updates with webhooks.
